Premier Health and Safety
Committed to saving lives through education, Premier Health and Safety provides trusted, hands-on training. Premier Health and Safety offers training for both public and private groups, including lifeguard certification through the American Red Cross and StarGuard Elite, as well as CPR/AED and first aid training. Private training courses are available on request.
Premier Swim Academy offers swim schools and programs at our main locations in Aliso Viejo, Diamond Bar, and Rancho Cucamonga, along with seasonal programs across California, Arizona, and Utah.

2011
The Foundation Is Laid
Dan Berzansky founded Premier Recreation Services with two contracts, offering swim lessons, camps, after-school programs, lifeguard services, and event planning.
2014
Growth and Rebranding
After expanding to 10 contracts, the company rebranded as Premier Aquatics, focusing solely on aquatics. Premier Health and Safety also launched, offering CPR and lifeguard training.
2019
Preparing for a New Chapter
Premier Aquatics broke ground on its first indoor swim school, marking a major step in long-term swim education.
2020
Premier Swim Academy Launches
The first Premier Swim Academy opened in Rancho Cucamonga, providing year-round, indoor swim instruction.
2023
Unified Vision Under One Brand
A second academy opened in Diamond Bar. The Safer Swimmer was founded to unify all brands under centralized leadership and operations.
